I want to make an ebook that will change the world in a positive way.

I want to live my sankalpa.

I want to change the way the world thinks.

I know that sounds insane.

I thought so too.

But then I started doing it.

I started an outline.

I started putting time, effort, and energy in to it 7 days a week.

I listened to podcasts, journaled, and meditated on my breaks at work.

I recorded my first 15 minute grounding yoga podcast, at home, after a blissed out meditation session.

I had my 7 day mind, body, and soul challenge created by a badass graphic designer, for this mindful movement I am practicing.

I worked two doubles last month to finance custom illustrations for a grounding yoga flow that this ebook will provide.

I am in the process of learning, through online courses, how to create an ebook.

I meditated on how to make this dream come to life.

I stopped telling myself that this was some silly dream – to be the change I wish to see in the world.

I want the world to be a kinder and happier place.

So, I decided to listen to the voice in my head that says “You can do this!”

I write messages to myself to remind myself that I am on the right path.

These messages are in my phone notes, scribbled in my journal, written perfectly on a sticky note, and written in dry erase marker on my bedroom closet.

It is a mindset that starts with myself.

I just need to remind myself of these goals, every day.

I wish to be the best version of myself.

Every day.

Every moment.

I wish to live a high vibrational life every moment of every day.

That means being able to wake up, breathe, meditate, and find inspiration to align my energies.

I find that inspiration comes from all around.

I find it in music, meditation podcasts, being outside, guided meditation, expressing gratitude, yoga, and sketching.

I know that I have to tune into my inhales and my exhales to achieve this alignment.

I aim for a high vibrational life.

Therefore, I practice a high vibrational life.

I know what this life looks like.

And I know that I want nothing but a high vibrational life.

I tis my every day goal to tap into this mindset.

This is gentle reminder of my every day goal.

I love how easy it is to have a pleasant state of mind that finds and feels true pleasures and miracles of my every day life.

I feel grounded.

I feel grateful.

I feel love.

I feel complete.

The trick is being able to bring awareness to my vibrational state, every day, and throughout the day.

Some days I feel heavy and dark.

Other days I feel light and airy.

The goal is to recognize my vibration, raise my vibration, and protect my vibration.

I want everyone to be able to access this.

But first, you need to be educated on all of the topics.

So I will be dropping some knowledge in future blog posts.

Just know that I am determined to write an ebook to outline and guide you through this process.

This ebook will be my personal life’s work.

It will be based off of my life.

My words.

My thoughts.

My wisdom.

My insight.

My enlightenment.

My visions.

It will be the perfect tool to have for the rest of my life.

Because we all know that life has its ups and downs.

This ebook will be able to bring me back to my true natural state, which is love.

It will be my everything.

And I know deep down that this ebook will help others out there looking for a life filled with happiness, gratitude, and mindfulness.

I know it.

It is my life guide on how to cultivate high vibrations through my mind, body, and soul connection.

And I am simply deciding to share this side of me to the world in hopes that it will help another soul out there as much as it has truly helped me.

I wish this pleasant state of mind to everyone.

I wish the skills I have developed to achieve a high vibrational life to everyone.

Therefore, I am going to make it happen.

I am going to write a detailed ebook that encompasses my path on how I am living this happy, mindful, and grateful life.

It will be based around how I developed the idea for the 7 day mind, body, and soul challenge.

However, there will be more information, depth, and guidance in this book.

This platform is simply guiding you in the direction to starting your journey.

I want the best for you in this life.

I want the best for myself in this life.

I want the best for everyone in this life.

Sending you love, light, and good vibrations.
