The thoughts we think and the words we speak create emotions within us. Did you know that these emotions vibrate at a specific energy frequency? Because they do, and once you learn to shift your focus to the high vibrational side, you will be able to pivot to high vibrations throughout your day.
The emotional vibrational scale is 1-22
1 = highest vibration -> joy, love, freedom, appreciation, knowledge, empowerment
2 = passion
3 = enthusiasm
4 = positive expectation
5 = optimism
6 = hopefulness
7 = contentment
Low vibration emotions…
8 = boredom
9 = pessimist
10 = frustration, impatience, irritation
11 = overwhelming
12 = disappointment
13 = doubt
14 = worry
15 = blame
16 = discouragement
17 = anger
18 = revenge
19 = hatred / rage
20 = jealousy
21 = insecurity, guilt, unworthiness
22 = fear, grief, depression, powerlessness, victim
Where do you fall on the emotional vibration scale at this moment in time?
