7 DAY MIND, BODY, AND SOUL GUIDE
I have created a seven day challenge to help you start keeping track of your mind, body, and soul connection. The challenge is to physically write down what you do for your mind, body, and soul for an entire week. This is the visible evidence in you holding yourself accountable every day! So yes, pen or pencil to paper, lovelies! You got this! It is also pretty awesome to see your accomplishment in front of your eyes (*visible data/proof*) after an entire week!
If you do not have access to print the worksheets, my advice is to write them down on a sheet of paper you have instead (*please, no excuses to not doing this*). I believe in you, you got this! This challenge is designed to help you deepen your connection to your authentic self, and these tools will help you start, continue, or elevate your practice. I highly encourage journaling during this seven day challenge. Write about what you are grateful for, what your number is on the emotional vibration scale, and how you think connecting to your mind, body, and soul every day is helping your well-being.
I promise you will gain the skills you need to raise your vibration on an every day basis through this challenge! You will start, or continue your practice in meditation, yoga, and gratitude. These are all key factors in raising your vibration. With time and patience, your skill in raising your vibration will elevate. You will become a more mindful and kinder human being. You will develop more inner peace and happiness in your daily life. You will check in on your well-being and provide yourself the care you desire. I believe this is the golden key to tapping in to living a high vibrational life!
SO HOW DO YOU START?
Step 1: Click on “Mind + Body + Soul Challenge” at the top menu bar, under the “Mind + Body + Soul” tab .
Step 2: Click on the link “gsy challenge” & print off the challenge. If you do not have access to a printer, you can simply write out what it says on a sheet of paper.
Step 3: Read each topic under the “Mind + Body + Soul” tab: Cultivate Your Sankalpa, Meditation Tips, Yoga at Home, & Dope Soul Gratitude.
Step 4: In a journal, answer the following questions before you begin (or continue) your spiritual journey to your mind, body, and soul connection.
Step 5: Set aside three minutes of your day to ask yourself three questions.
Did you meditate today?
Did you exercise today?
Did you express gratitude today?
Step 6: If any of your answers are “no,” devote one minute of your day to that category.
The answers are simple. Meditation helps your mind. Exercise helps your body. Gratitude helps your soul. It’s as easy as starting to take three minutes a day to check in on your well-being, and growing your connection from there. The results are truly magnificent!
If you want to radiate your kindheartedness, raise your vibration, and unleash your happy heart, then this community is for you. My tip is for you to find a type of meditation that works best for you. Each teacher that I list has an effect on how I interpret their voice, wisdom, and lesson. Although this works for me, it may not work for you. Currently, my meditation focuses on morning grounding, happiness, pure awareness, gratitude, consciousness, mindfulness, spirituality, chakras, sound healing, guided imagery, and manifestation. You may align more with different meditations, such as yoga Nidra, ambient, buddhism, binaural beats, pain, focus, confidence, relax, anxiety, stress, sleep, and yoga Nidra. Tune in to what makes your cells buzz. I want you to tune in, tap in, and turn on. I want you in the vortex.
WHY I’M DOING THIS 7 DAY CHALLENGE
I am doing this challenge to mark a new chapter of my life. I am now openly holding myself accountable for maintaining my mind, body, and soul connection on a daily basis. I am passionate about sharing my lifelong spiritual journey in hopes that it will inspire, align, and connect you to your highest self. This seven day challenge is how I tapped into my spiritual journey, so I know it can help you start to tune in, tap in, and turn on so you may enter the vortex of high vibrational living. This challenge will allow you to either start or continue your spiritual journey to developing awareness to align your energies (mind, body, and soul) for elevating your well-being to radiate your high vibrations!
