My Current Mantra

Mantras have really been a thing for me throughout the past couple of years. I used to recite “peace comes from within” on the reg, whether I was in a stressful situation or when I’ve been in pure bliss. I still remember reading that mantra in a magazine, and I loved it – so it stuck with me. So simple, yet so powerful.

As of recent, I have been pretty pleased with a different daily mantra. I mostly say it in my head, and I can definitely say it has positively impacted my life (*my mind/body/soul connection*) in being able to appreciate the positive in situations (even when I’m in a negative state of mind: frustration, fear, discouraged, or anger). .

✨
May you be well. (*slow inhale*) ✨
May you be happy. (*controlled exhale*) ✨
May you be free from suffering. (*mindful inhale*) ✨
✨

Energy Tip: Open your mouth 👅 to release your exhale (*helps calm your nerves – both good & bad, and it helps energize/focus your light*) or inhale/exhale through your nose to tune into your Ujjayi Pranayama breath (*helps steady/clear your mind & actively warms up your body*) 👃🏼🧠

I challenge you to try it out, even if you’re new to mantra / meditation / yoga 🌎 ! Hope this helps another soul out there! ✨💛💫
