This blog is a space to share my passions! My intention is to provide you tools, skills, and information to tap into living your high vibrational life. I will help you cultivate your mind, body, and soul connection. I will provide the tools I used to cultivate my daily meditation practice. I will also give you the resources I used along my journey. I will provide my personal experiences with tools I have used to understand what a high vibrational life truly is. I will explain, in detail, what it feels like when you are aligned and vibrating at a high frequency. I firmly believe that slowing down your life to connect to your mind, body, and soul is essential to your well-being and ultimately living a consistent high vibrational life.

What I want you to take away from this platform is your ultimate goal in life. This goal is to take time, every single day, to nurture your mind, body, and soul through meditation, exercise, and gratitude. This means you have to check in every single day, consistently. This needs to be a priority to you to cultivate into your daily routine. This will eventually become second nature to you, and you will learn to navigate your way on what you need at that moment in time. You will no longer need my help and guidance, as yours will begin to consistently glow.
I promise, this is the golden key for living a consistent high vibrational life. I have researched, journaled, and cultivated this into a daily routine, and it has completely transformed how I live a high vibrational life.
My days feel brighter, my mind is more at ease, and my heart has a higher baseline of happiness. I’m full of gratitude and able to soak up the present moment with a resting bliss face on. I’m allowing more and more of these moments of pure clarity and inner peace to positively shape my day to day life. It’s a secret formula that I have unlocked that I am now sharing with the world. It’s how I’m consistently starting to understand how to create these moments day in and day out. (Tip: It all starts with breath, gratitude, meditation, and movement all with consistency, gentleness, and ease).
I challenge you to take time to take care of yourself. I promise you will not regret it!
MY MOST IMPORTANT TIPS
First, take time to create a goal to tune into your authentic soul. This will help you develop your sankalpa (*look under “Mind, Body, and Soul tab for further info on this*). Then, you will find your inner grace in actively being able to slow down your mind’s chatter.
This will lead you to taking the time to appreciate your life and be able to truly enjoy the simple everyday miracles in life. First and foremost, tuning into your breath will help tremendously with this, and a daily meditation practice will further your clarity, grace, and peace of mind.
I challenge you to learn something about yourself from all the days of your life. That means your good days, outstanding days, neutral days, bad days, and worst-day-of-your-life-days. This will ultimately help you grow as an individual, and you will be able to distinguish how psychological drama is a low vibrations that we create from our thoughts and emotions.
Personally, journaling has helped me keep track of the ebb and flow of my life. I recommend you keep track of your progress by answering the questions provided before you start your 7 day challenge, during the challenge, and at the end of your 7 day challenge.
Eventually, you will be able to recognize when you stray off path and become un-centered (e.g. you feel stressed, your mind feels cluttered, you feel scattered, you feel angry, or you feel disconnected — when you are emitting low vibrations etc.) from your mind, body, and soul connection. Because, ultimately you will be able to pinpoint what area you need to fine tune to raise your vibrations, and you will have the skills to elevate your frequency (which will help increase your health and happiness).
I can promise you, that you will eventually crave more time for this connection and the clarity you gain from this refined process that turns into a daily habit. I believe we are all accountable for cultivating our health and happiness, and we have the skills to create the beautiful life we were destined to live. I am simply here to guide you on your own spiritual path, and share the lessons I’ve learned on my own journey.
