Dear Beautiful Soul,
Thank you for being here today. Today’s lesson is about high vibrational living. What is it? What do you need to do in order to achieve it? Why is it so important? I will give you all of my knowledge, summed up, about my beliefs on a high vibrational life. I intend to write an ebook, but you can think of this as the cliff notes that this book will entail.
I’m so happy for you either starting or continuing to raise your vibration by bringing awareness to your everyday health and happiness! I believe this is the #1 most underrated skill for us humans. Once we all realize we possess this innate power inside of us, we can raise the vibration of this planet one day at a time. You will become a fearless warrior that is dressed in a new confidence and happiness that is radiant, not only to yourself but to those around you as well.
You need to think about your optimal vibrational energy state, every day. That’s how the change happens. That’s when the process starts to unfold and you begin to truly understand what you eat, say, do, think, and feel have certain impacts on your life. You start to awaken and truly live. Days are brighter. Your thoughts are happier, which in turn makes your heart radiate your beautiful soul. Once you are more in tune with your own frequencies, this is when you know the magic is happiness.
Then, eventually, you’ll start to pick up on others’ frequencies around you. You’ll understand how your vibe affects those around you, especially those within three feet of you. You’ll notice how the Law of Attraction plays an enormous role in raising your vibration. You’ll understand the importance of setting an intention for your day, saying positive affirmations out loud, and using certain mantras throughout the days of your life.
Remember, the point is to have a goal to raise your vibration every day. Start with yourself before you tune into the vibrations around you. Also remember, you have the power to always raise your vibration. First, you have to be able to recognize your own vibration. The scale below is a list of your vibrations, from highest to lowest.

Once you become more aware of where you call on the emotional vibrational scale, you can help yourself pivot your attention to ultimately raise your vibration. Our emotions are created from our thought energy, so use this scale to your advantage! Our thoughts form our choices, actions, and the way we behave. Now that you have this educational information, you need to strive to match the vibration of your dream life!
Sometimes, an individual can get stuck in low vibrations due to certain circumstances (i.e. excuses, hate, fear, jealously, etc), but remember you always have the power to get out of this low vibration. You need to have the drive and ability to want the best for your health and happiness – your overall well-being!
Not many of us truly know how to raise our vibration, but that is exactly why I am here. I am here to share my knowledge, past experiences, and stories on how brining this into my daily life has truly transformed my life. I have developed a keen awareness in assessing my vibration throughout my day, and it has completely transformed my life for the better – in ways that I never even dreamed of, until it happened and hit me smack in the face filled with abundance and fulfillment of my dreams and inspirations. I just had to cultivate my skills – practice every day, asses, and implement certain practices in my daily routine – yoga, meditation, and gratitude – to raise my vibration every day.
That’s why I made a 7 day mind, body, and soul challenge for other souls out there that were once like the previous me – not knowing better, or really the difference between the person you are when you look and the mirror, and the person you are when you close your eyes and look into your heart and see your true, beautiful, and radiant soul. That’s the person I strive to be every day. Some days it is easier than others. Some days I feel the utmost bliss that is hard to describe, but a voice inside my head takes over and words come out through my fingers, as I either scribble on any paper that is near – the book I am reading, the notebook I carry with me, post-its within sight, or on a mirror with a dry erase marker. That is the person I want everyone on this planet to be able to reach for and unlock on a day to day basis.
This awareness makes yourself accountable for how you are caring for yourself – wholeheartedly, just a little bit, or not at all. I worked in a career where it was my sole purpose to take care of a human being for 8-12, sometimes 16 hours, a day. That meant the tank that fueled my mind, body, and soul would have to be refilled before going to work, so I could give my full heart to others. During my career as a nurse in the PICU, I learned that a large portion of us do not fully take care of ourselves. I learned why assessing my personal well-being was the utmost importance for myself. I learned that implementing three minutes/day could transform my life monumentally. Just think about that for a moment – we all have 3 minutes to spare in our lives. Everyone is busy, but what most individuals are missing is the ability to slow down and assess their own well-being.
With my 7 day challenge, you can bring awareness to your life for 3 minutes a day, for one week (and then implement this into your daily routine for the rest of your life). If you want to live a life that you truly love, then you need to be able to slow down your life to take care of yourself. You have an abundance of health, happiness, and peace inside of you, you just need the skills, consistency, and support to unlock this space. I am here to guide and support you with this journey you are about to partake in, and I promise you – from the bottom of my heart – that you will not regret setting aside these three minutes a day to check in on yourself authentically and give attention to your mind (through meditation), your body (through exercise), and your soul (through gratitude) that you truly need.
