I have never written a blissed out-enlightened-aligned-meditation-practice before, and I really don’t know why. So today I’m going to share how my practice was and what my beliefs are in a consistent meditation practice.
I have book marked several guided meditations and meditation talks from the past year on my insight timer application. I tend to not follow many people, as I believe you can listen to a meditation more than once. Currently I have 11 teachers bookmarked for my meditation practice. The wonderful teachers have anywhere from 491 followers to 129k followers. Every single soul that I follow is essential to my personal well-being, so I am happy to share these teachers with you: Mary Maddux, Bodhipaksa, Sona Bahri, Melissa Ambrosini, Kenneth Shares, Ajahn Achalo, Mark Coleman, Georgie Browne, Mark Zelinsky, Jack Kornfiled, and Sadhguru.
An insider tip (*or maybe this is my own personal preference) on listening to guided meditations is to not listen to the same one consistently. I have learned that sometimes I cannot listen to the same meditation day after day because my mind will remember the cues, sort of like how people remember movie lines — I’ll jump ahead of myself and say them in my head. You can obviously try this for your own personal practice, as this is just my preference I have recognized.
Okay now, for my beyond amazing morning meditation…
Today my meditation was a powerful reminder on why I created my mind, body, and soul challenge in the first place because this morning was absolutely wonderful! I elevated into a blissful meditation state all thanks to Melissa. I clicked on Melissa’s “Get Your Glow On” meditation, as I remember loving her heart visual in this mediation and being able to fully feel my inner light radiate out. I felt amazing, and I knew that I wanted more. So I found another one of her meditations that I had never done before, “Manifestation Meditation,” and it blew me away. I loved how her second meditation had sound in the background that was a combination of water flowing and then other graceful noises that entered it so seamlessly.
I felt myself thinking of the life that I wanted to live, how I was going to get there, and my purpose for my everyday life. I visualized my goals and dreams that were a reality in my head. This is where I believe why the Law of Attraction is a POWERFUL helper when meditating. You can start to vibrate at a higher frequency, and since law is law, good things will boomerang back to you! It is Law! You just have to put in the time and work, and remember that consistency is key!
I know that my goals and dreams will not happen overnight, but if I keep looking towards the bright light then I will in fact be able to manifest my dream life. I won’t have to worry about “why am I doing this when I want to be doing that.” You can’t quit your day job and expect something to fall into your lap; now that is just silly talk! You need to keep exploring your passions with a full heart, and you have the tools to get there: mediation, exercise, and gratitude. So keep doing these three things on a daily basis, as it will only elevate your life higher and higher and make your dreams reality!
I hope this post encourages you to either start or continue your mediation practice. For me it is a document of my personal achievement today to remind myself that my mediation practice may not end up like this everyday, but there is purpose for putting in daily time for my meditation practice because CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

Rosie,
Remember this feeling today, because it was one of the best feelings of your life. You felt it. You aligned. You were in a state of pure bliss. Cell bursting greatness type of feeling with a resting bliss face nothing in the world could change.
You felt myself spiraling today, like a tornado while you were seated on your mediation cushion. You had focused on your third eye during your morning meditation practice, and you did not let your thoughts disrupt your practice — thanks to Melissa’s gentle reminder that thoughts are part of meditation and to be gentle towards them.
It wasn’t until your second meditation that you felt this state of pure bliss, and you are certain that looking at your third eye helped get you to this state of alignment. You felt it — source energy coming through you! GREAT FREAKING JOB! You felt the alignment happening. You felt yourself center in a way that you haven’t in weeks.
Now, you have to remember this enlightened state and stay true to your path. You need to remember that consistency is key, and even on days where you think “why isn’t this working full throttle?,” that it in fact is! All of the consistent days you meditate are helping you align to your higher self. Remember that when the time comes and you are truly centered, then you will be able to reap the benefits that you tell yourself about.
Today is a beautiful day.
Thank you for this powerful mind of mine.
Thank you for this life I live.
Thank you for the opportunities that have not yet presented themselves to me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Namaste,
Rosie
