I love being able to flow outside.
I love the natural connection it brings me.
It makes me feel free, aligned, and radiant.
For all the people fighting
Battles in your head on a daily basis.
I see you.
I hear you.
I am here to help you.
One breath and positive vibe at a time.
Learn to slow down your breath.
And you will learn to truly
Reap the benefits of your life.
If you find yourself having a racing mind, I highly recommend downloading insight timer (if you haven’t already) and searching for Sadhguru’s “Stop the Minds Chatter.” This 8 minute talk of his will provide you with a sense of comfort and relief in being able to slow down your mind.
I personally know how some days can be more intense and overwhelming than others. Some days, my brain is a constant “go–go-go” mode, even without coffee. I wake up in the morning, jump out of my bed, and brush my teeth to take on the day. It’s not until I scarf down breakfast that I think “why am I moving through my morning so quickly?” That’s when I personally know I need meditation. That’s why I remember my personal goal for myself – to have a morning meditation – when the moments in the morning are going by too quickly for me to appreciate the simple things my morning has blessed me with (such as a fresh breakfast, clean water, the safety of my own home, or the fact that I had the privilege of waking up without an alarm).
It’s being able to recognize all of these moments that make up your life and consider how truly blessed you are. It’s the slow breaths that you need to take to slow down your mind.
It’s as simple as starting to recognize your breath one at a time. A goal I keep for myself is to count 10 inhales and exhales without distraction, and if something pops in my head other than my inhale or exhale, I start over again! It’s a simple tool that will help you raise your vibration on breath at a time!
Sending you all love, light, and abundance.
