HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR 7 DAY MIND, BODY, AND SOUL CHALLENGE
For one week, keep track of what you do for your mind (meditation), body (exercise), and soul (gratitude). It has helped me to write it down in a notebook, so I can hold myself accountable.
I am an evidence based visual learner, so having hard facts in front of me has been the most helpful for my journey. My written words have provided me documentation and information so I could do more research in to why some days I have felt more high vibrations rather than low vibrations, and vice versa.
